We offer group, semi-private and private sessions, for beginners to level 2.
Private, Duo & Trio sessions. These sessions are best for individuals working towards a specific goal, individuals who are curious to try Pilates in a more private setting before deciding to register for a multi week session or continuing with private sessions.
To ensure you get the most out of your sessions, a 6-week commitment is required for all bookings.

This class is great for those who have graduated from the beginner level, are recovering from an injury, seeking joint mobility or just prefer a gentler, slower paced class.
Classes are more complex as exercises become more challenging with the incorporation of coordinating movements and balance work, further developing your core, stabilizing muscles breath work and the mind-body connection.
