Maegan, known to most as Megs, was introduced to the industry at age 12, after attending a Summer Camp at the  Agency. 

She went on to graduate from the Academy Programs where she gained valuable knowledge about the modelling industry. Megs has extensive experience in photoshoots, developing young talent, fashion show production, event management and model management.  

Working her way up the ladder at GEMINI, Maegan has worked as a Camp Instructor, Youth Model Coach, Creative Director for Photoshoots,  Social Media Manager, Co-Directed the KW Youth Fashion Show, Liason for the Agency's CMTC Attendees and Executive Assistant.  

Megs current position is the Manager of  Youth/ Teen Models and Social Media Manager

Maegan values the happiness and best interest of every student, model, parent and client who walks through the doors of the Agency.

She has a passion for the fashion industry which is reflected in her work. Maegan holds a certificate from Parsons Paris, one of the top global fashion schools, and is attending Fashion Communications and Business at Toronto Metropolitan University.  

Meaghan began her career at GEMINI 20 years ago as a model. With a passion for teaching, she became a Model Coach, stepping into the role of Academy Director of Operations.   

  In 2017, Meaghan took ownership of GEMINI and seized the opportunity to continue the 40+ year legacy and has enjoyed expanding the pillars of GEMINI to further support our clients and community. Since becoming the CEO, GEMINI has expanded, more than doubling the staff and has grown the students enrolled in the Academy by nearly 40%.    

Meaghan is an honours Graduate of Canada’s National Ballet School. Her dance career included both dancing and choreographing for Cruise Ships, dancing in LA and teaching/directing Ballet programs at local studios. With a passion for movement, Meaghan now offers Pilates to the models and student at GEMINI, with the goal of developing a strong sense of body awareness, leading to stronger model posing and Runway skills.

  As a Director, Choreographer, Fashion Event Manager, and Model Agent, Meaghan has a desire to lead and motivate others to reach their fullest potential.  With a passion for helping others succeed, Being energized, she thrives when clients, models and students achieve their desired results

An entrepreneur, at hearty, Meaghan will continue to build on the ideals of what GEMINI has embodied over the last 40+ years and will continue to fearlessly move GEMINI forward.

Valerie joined the Agency at the age of 13, as a student  hoping to gain confidence and overcome shyness. 

After graduating the Academy programs, Val continued to model with GEMINI, as well as an agency in Toronto. Her years of modelling have led her to work with top Bridal Boutiques and walk in Toronto Fashion Shows.  Additionally Valerie has been featured in Grand Magazine, Vogue Italia, Lada Magazine, to name a few. 

Valerie graduated from the University of Guelph’s Honours English program in April 2021. 

Whether it was working as a Summer Camp Instructor, a Teen Modelling Coach, managing backstage at Fashion Shows or attending model bookings locating or in Toronto, Val always found herself back at GEMINI, officially joining the Agency Team full time in 2023. 

Val's current position is the Manager of Adult Models, overseeing workshops, model portfolios, photoshoots and events, training and more. 

She works to create a safe environment where everyone feels listened to, and aware that they are never alone in their goals. She looks to use her life experiences to inspire her models and students to learn more about the industry, themselves and others, to promote confidence and professionalism in the Fashion and Beauty industry.
