Men: Style hair and show facial hair as worn daily.   Wear a fitted t-shirt and jeans.

Do not submit inappropriate photos such as yourself at a bar, photos in washroom mirrors or selfies.

How to Take Your Measurements

When measuring, you should be in a bathing suit or underwear to get the most accurate measurements possible. Use a cloth or plastic measure, not the metal construction kins! For accuracy, you should have someone take your measurements, instead of trying to do it yourself.

Height: Stand against a wall, with your eyes forward, no shoes on and your heels and shoulders pressed against the wall.

Chest (Women): Measure across nipples. Make sure to be relaxed and standing up straight.

Chest (Men): With your arms relaxed by your side, measure the fullest part of your chest under your arms.

Waist (Women): For women, measure around smallest part of your waist. If you are uncertain where to measure, bend sideways to the right or left. This is where you measure. If you are still uncertain, measure over your belly button.

Waist (Men): Measure above where you wear your boxers or briefs.

Dress Size (Women Only): This is the size of clothing or dress you would purchase to wear. This is a number size (0-22)

Jacket (Men Only): Have someone measure the broadest part of your shoulders, over your arms. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
